Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are possible within 20 calendar days from the date of purchase ✅

⛔ Items returned after this period will not be accepted
⛔ Returns are not accepted for underwear and swimwear

⛔ Items without a security tag will not be accepted

👉 Items must be in original condition – with tags, unworn, unused, without stains, damage, or any signs of wear

👉 Items must be sent to the address specified in the return form, with the option for inspection

⛔ Items sent with cash on delivery (COD) will NOT be accepted. Refunds are made via bank transfer only ✅

👉 After inspection, we will process the refund via bank transfer within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned item

👉 If you received a defective item, please contact us via social media or email so we can arrange a replacement or return

❔ If there is a price difference between products:

👉 If the new item is more expensive – the customer pays the difference (cash on delivery)

👉 If the new item is cheaper – we refund the difference via bank transfer or as a voucher (customer’s choice)

👉 If you choose a voucher refund, you will receive a second voucher with 20% discount as a gift 🎁

👉 After inspection, we will send the replacement item or process the refund within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned item
